Shipping and Packaging
The prices in tables are based on the value of silver on the LME on 29/07/2009 and can be changed whenever change the value of the LME.
We update prices several times a year in case that there are great changes of silver values on the LME.
Please contact us promptly if you want a larger amount of products in order to calculate the time required for production and delivery.
If you urgently need certain electrical contact materials, we are able to offer you the form of currently available products, respecting your requests.
Elkom always has certain amount of products in the warehouse.
Generaly if you place more than 10 kg of electro contact materials, production time would be 10 to 12 weeks after order.
Delivery will be made to address you specified during the ordering process.
Delivery time is 24 hours to 30 days, depending on the country in which the shipment is sent, the selected profile and status in the warehouse, from the moment of reaching your payment.
If the product you ordered is in the warehouse, the deadline for delivery of a number of days required to mail the shipment to arrive to your address.
Elkom is not responsible if the delay in delivery occurs due to mistakes of the company that delivers the product.
Shipping in Serbia
Shipping to addresses in Serbia, the Serbian Post is done through the Post Express service, service "today for tomorrow." Consignment will be delivered to the address you provided when ordering products, and if delivery when you were present at the given address, the shipment will be kept at the nearest post office (the first five days of pay stowage). Consignment can be monitored in transit.
You pay postage, shipping when downloading. In the column below the specified frame prices Serbian Post charges for this service.
For the Belgrade area, can employ courier service that you order delivered to the address you provided when ordering products.

Shipping to addresses abroad
After each of the first orders of products, we will contact you by email or telephone and provide you detailed information about the best ways of delivery of ordered products, and the final amount for payment in accordance with the method of delivery you selected.
We use shipping services from Fedex because they have excellent tools to assist you in not only shipping items, but packing them, providing insurance, and tracking shipments.
After receiving reports of payment, the order becomes active, followed by further processing.
Your privacy
All information you provide during registration is considered a business secret and thus obtained information is used solely for the purpose of completing orders. Registration is standard in Internet shopping and take in order to protect visitors. Data to be entered during registration is protected and will not be given to the third parties or published. Information about updates, newsletters and the like, shall be submitted exclusively to persons who have subscribed to the list to receive such mail.
Delivery and returns
Elkom does not guarantee the delivery of incomplete and incorrect orders. We guarantee a refund or exchange our products, if delivery is in any way damaged, as well as in the case that we have not sent you a product that you ordered. We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of shipment (plus delivery time).
In case the buyer claims the shipment back to the dealer, he is obliged to do this at his own expense. Refund / replacement shall be refunded upon receipt of products.

Customs regulations
You can be subject to payment of import duties and taxes that may arise when the package arrives in your country. Additional customs charges that may occur with the customs authorities in your country must be paid by you. We have no control over these possible costs and we can not predict how it rates. Customs charges vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs authorities for further information.
